Kelly Faye Harn Tisdale of Dallas, Texas passed away on Friday, September 23, 2011 at Parkland Hospital. Kelly was 42 years old. A visitation will be held on Friday, September 30, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234. Funeral services will be on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 11:00 am at Greater Zion Baptist Church, 4751 Hopkins Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75209. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, 10977 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75220. Pastor Mark Anthony Johnson will be officiating.
