She was 63 years old.Ruth was born August 24, 1948, in Costa Rica, to Jose Angel and Benedicta Cubero Alvarado.She is survived by her husband, A.S. Ratcliff of Mesquite, Texas; son, Mikhail Volhov of Forney, Texas; and extended family and friends.Memorial Gathering: 6 p.m. on Friday, August 24, 2012, in the Brooks Family Chapel at North Dallas Funeral Home.Celebration of Life immediately following the Memorial at the home of her son, Mikhail, 305 Timber Road, Forney, Texas 75126.Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
