Age 70, passed away Friday, April 29, 2011 surrounded by her family at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Kay was born December 19, 1940 and grew up in Batesville, Arkansas. After graduating from high school in 1958, she and her mother moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where Kay attended the University of Corpus Christie. In 1960, Kay married Murphy Lewis Walker, her husband of 40 years. Kay was a most loving and devoted wife and mother and cared for Murphy, rarely leaving his side, through his fourteen year long struggle with Alzheimer
