While on a cruise of the Mediterranean visiting the Holy Lands, Patsy suffered a stroke on November 12, 2011, and remained in a coma until her death on November 25, 2011, in Cairo, Egypt. Patsy was a member of the Lake Highlands United Methodist Church. As a member of the Elks Lodge No. 71, Patsy was involved with the House and Telephone Committees and other various activities as a volunteer. Patsy was a member of the Dallas Athletic Club for many years and was involved in several bridge clubs and square dancing groups. Patsy is survived by her brother, Lee Tate; sister, Sue Lofton; son, Michael Watt; daugthers, Pamela Perrenoud and Kim Clark; and grandchildren, Chris Watt, Jason Watt, Jacob watt, Jamie Coffey, Lauren Smith, Kory Gonzalez, and Evan Price. Memorial services will be held at Lake Highlands United Methodist Church, 9015 Plano Raod (corner of Plano Road and McCree) Dallas, TX 75238, on Friday, December 16, 2011, at 11:00 a.m.In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the American Heart Association, Alzheimer's Association, Lake Highlands United Methodist Church, or your favorite charity.
