Thomas Oran White, or Tommy as he was known by his friends and family, died on April 6, 2013, at the age of 54. He was born on July 25, 1958, to Robert and Bettie (Lafler) White in Pasadena, Texas. Tommy is survived by his mother; and 5 siblings, Bettye White of Pennsylvania, Anita Jackson of Texas and brother-in-law, Joe Jackson, James White of Nebraska, Phillip White of Maryland and sister-in-law Deana White and Richard White of Texas and sister-in-law Margaret. Tommy loved his former wife, Lisa White and her son's whom Tom loved as if they were his own. Tom has numerous cousins, nieces and nephews that loved him and visited during his illness. Tommy brought his family together during his illness and celebrated family prior to his death.Tommy was the owner of Gigabyte computer services in Vero Beach, Florida for several years. He was an all around handyman having worked at Lowe's, Home Depot and as an independent contractor. He was a police reserve officer on the Memphis, Tennnesse Police Department. He loved Culinary Arts and Ice Sculpturing. Tommy was a good friend to many with a quick wit and a unique sense of humor. People mattered to him! He loved the passed away and knew he would spend eternity with him. He attended North Side Church of God in Vero Beach, Florida. He died at his sister's home in Texas.
