Gail Carroll Wholey passed peacefully at home surrounded by her daughters. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence Bower (C. B.) Carroll and Vera Edmondson Carroll, her brother Dale Carroll, and her younger sister Helen. Gail was born in Youngwood, Pennsylvania. She attended nursing school in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at Allegheny General Hospital.
