William "Billy" Neal Wiley of Argyle, Texas passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at the age of 60. Billy was born on January 13, 1958 in Temple, Texas to parents, William and Betty (Duncan) Wiley.He is predeceased by his father, William Wiley and is survived byhis mother, Betty Key; brothers, Michael Wiley and Jack Arrow; sisters, Donna Dotson and Suzie Kapes and numerous nieces and nephews.Graveside services have been set for Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 10:00 am at Crown Hill Memorial Park, 9700 Webb Chapel Road, Dallas, Texas 75220.
