I'm so sad to learn of Gary's passing. He was a great help to me in my quest to know about the Drake family as he had taken a trip back to the old Drake place in Alabama when he was younger. I could not have begun my quest for the Drake history without his help. I can't help believe that he knew every loved one when he walked through the gate. I'll miss him--but there's a bigger Drake reunion coming. I'll see him again.

My heart felt condolences to the Drake family. Gary was our salesman from Campbell Paper, salesman is a light term, he was more like my bestfriend. Tuesdays were always easier knowing that I would see him on Wednesday. He always spoke so highly of his wife and grandson Drake and was eager to talk about the latest boyscout meeting or church function. It was so natural for him to give a smile or a word of encouragement. The world had lost an amazing Man. He will truly be missed.

Gary was a wonderful man who always had a smile on his face. He came to our office weekly and went down the hall saying hello and good morning on his way in to everyone and good bye as he left. We will miss him so much. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

My deepest sympathy goes to Gary's family. Gary is one of the kindest men I have ever met. We were colleagues through AHI and Campbell. Gary and I shared the importance of customer service and he was absolutely the best at it. I will miss his greeting of "Hey girl, how ya doin?". I will, as man, miss him tremendously! May God watch over his family and help them through this sad and difficult time.
