Nelson, Mary Alice
Mary Alice Nelson of Carrollton, Texas passed away September 30, 2014 in Plano, Texas at the age of 84. She was born June 21, 1930 in Roanoke, Virginia. She is survived by her daughter, Lori Nelson; brother, John A. Bostian and sister-in-law, Iris P. Bostian; sister, Anne B. Whitlow; sister-in-law, Mary Francis Nelson; beloved cat, Pepper and grand cat, Mary Texas; and many nieces and nephews. She is also, survived by and lifelong friends of over 60 years. She dearly loved her family and friends. Preceded in death by husband, Robert M. Nelson; parents, Floyd A. Bostian and Sarah M. Bostian; brother, Bob Bostian, and brother-in-law, Richard A. Nelson. “For everything there is a season and a time for every matter under heaven”. Not only was she a loving mother, but she was my best friend, my angel on earth. She will be terribly missed. Ceremony will be Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 1:30 pm at the DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75011. 1Corinthians 13: 4-13 Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
