Mendoza, Ernestine E.

Ernestine (Tina) Mendoza born March 30,1944 in Hubbord,Texas went to be with the Lord Friday October 24, 2014 after a tough fight against Cancer.

Tina, one of four children born to Mr. John and Virginia Esparza, was a long time resident of Farmers Branch,Tx. A loving and devoted wife, mother, sister, Grandma and G-Gma is survived by her Husband Mr. Danny Mendoza, four children, Art Elizondo, Richard Elizondo, Jessica Elizondo and Adam Mendoza. One foster child Margaret Sandoval. Seven grandchildren, Jeff, Phillip, and Timothy Ivey, John Elizondo, Serena Bolton, Danielle Mendoza, and Adam Mendoza Jr. One great grand child Olivia Elizondo.

One sister Dolores Oeskovic, along with many nieces, nephew, extended family and dear friends. Proceeded by her parents Mr. and Mrs. John Esparza, brothers Manual and Johnny Esparza and grandson Derek Elizondo.

Tina was a strong person of faith and served the Lord with dedicated passion and devotion and touched so many lives. Even through her struggles with Breast Cancer, Tina always maintained a smile and positive attitude, never letting any situation bring her down. She has accomplished so much in her life, in which most can only imagine. She was a missionary who traveled to foreign land to spread the Gospel and love of God to those who didn’t know the Word.

Mom’s compassion for others started many years ago when, God put it on her to open her heart and home as a foster parent to children of abused and neglected homes and passed on her values and beliefs to many children. In closing, Tina was a woman of many values, which her children and family will carry on as well as countess others.

We love you mom and we will see you again 🙂
