Obituary of
Moser, Joanne
Joanne Moser, aged 81, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at Tremont Retirement Community in Dallas, Texas. Joanne was born June 19, 1933, in Appleton, Missouri, the daughter of Leona and Harold McCool, and was raised in Chicago, Illinois. Joanne married Arthur Moser in 1951 and moved to Holland, Michigan where she raised four girls, Robin, Sandra, Jaleen and Margo. Family and friends were Joanne’s passion and delight. She enjoyed entertaining and volunteering with her church. She was very active and loved the outdoors, fishing and animals. She and her husband retired to Mountain Home, Arkansas and resided there for 18 years. Joanne is survived by her sisters Jeannie Lewis and Carolyn Johnson; daughters Robin Nagy, Jaleen Keath and Margo Wilkie. She also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and a number of other relatives and close friends including her cat “Miss Kitty.” A private, family memorial service will be held on Monday, November 17 at Christ Church Plano in the Chapel from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Her final resting place will be next to her husband Arthur in Mountain Home, Arkansas during a service in the spring of 2015 celebrating her life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in her name to either Christ Church Plano, 4550 Legacy Drive, Plano, TX 75024 or the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, 1700 J Avenue, Plano, TX 75074.
