Charles Frederick Jeske was born to the late William and Erna Jeske, on September 07, 1935, in El Paso, Texas. Charles joined the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged on the 3rd day of August 1961. After leaving the military he joined the Civil Service at Fort Hood, Texas where he retired after 30 years of service.
Charles is survived by his wife of 21 years, Edda Suppa-Jeske. He is also survived by his brother, Bill Jeske and wife, Rosy from Seattle; sisters, Margaret Wesmuller of New York and Dorothy Lex from San Francisco; numerous nieces and nephews from his family side, specially Dianne, Edie, Pam and Mike Gulley, Peggy, Lorraine, Steven, Bill Lex, Andrew Reagan. In addition to his family in the USA he is survived by his family in Chile, South America; brothers-in-law, Gino Suppa and his, wife Mirtha, Hector Suppa and his wife, Daisy and Aldo Suppa; sisters-in-law, Nelly Suppa, Emy Suppa and Nancy Encina, plus numerous nieces and nephews like Gino Jr. and, wife Karen, Romina, Daisy and Hector Jr. and a great nephew, Lorenzo and his goddaughter, Julianne Morton . He is predeceased by his sister, Mildred Gulley.
He will be missed by all his friends for his loving and caring ways, specially friends he made during his 30 years of service at Fort Hood.
Family wants to express their appreciation to the office of Dr. Ronald Giometti and his staff that always were there for him for over 15 years, and a special thanks as well for special friends and family, Morton, Margarita, Lyndon, Rosy and Julianne, and friends Juanita Martinez, Paulina Mery, Blanca Roldan, Angelica Zamorano and Beba Morales.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting memorial contributions to the UT Southwestern Medical Center, P.O.Box 910888, Dallas, TX 75391-0888 or online at www.utsouthwestern.edu/donatenow to Support Pulmonary Fibrosis Research. Please make checks payable to UT Southwestern Medical Center. Memorial contributions can also be made in his name over the phone by calling 214-648-2334.
Viewing and rosary will be held from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Monday 11/24 in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
Rite of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday 11/25/ at 11:00am at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1705 E. Peters Colony, Carrollton, Texas 75007.
A reception will follow the service.

Edda, I am so sorry to hear about Charles. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Although I only met him a couple of times, Charles was a very nice man and you have told me about him over the years. May the Lord be with you and comfort you in this time sorrow.
