Memorial service was  held on Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas, Texas.

Graveside services were held on Friday, March 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Duffau Cemetery in Hico, Texas
