Wallace, Betty Irene
Betty Irene Wallace was born on March 16, 1927 and passed away March 13, 2015, 2 days before her 88th birthday. Betty was raised on a farm near Harrod, Ohio and lived the majority of her life in Elida, Ohio. Betty and her husband, Charles moved to Carrollton, Texas in December of 2013 to be close to family. Betty was a mother to 2 children, grandmother to 4 children, and great grandmother to 5 children. Betty fought valiantly against several medical alignments and was taken by the Lord after complications with heart surgery. Betty was a caring person with a great spirit for life. Her greatest passions were her family, gardening, antiques and water related activities.
Betty is survived by her husband of 66 years Charles Wallace, her children Connie Miller (Mark) and William Wallace (Barbara), her sister Shirley Ballinger, and many caring spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2015 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel at the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234
Funeral Service and Celebration of her Life will be Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 10:00 am also at the North Dallas Funeral Home. Interment will be at Furneaux Cemetery in Carrollton, Texas.
