Obituary of Avellanet, Allan Henri

Allan Henri Avellanet (Al, Grandpa, Dad), 76, of Richardson, Texas, passed away on September 3rd, 2015.

The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00am, Saturday, September 19th at North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch TX, 75234.  Pastor Jerry Hays will be officiating.

1_Dad-Photos2.Family (1)Allan was born in Teaneck, New Jersey on April 26th, 1939.  He received a scholarship to Rice University in Houston, Texas and graduated with an Economics degree.

Allan worked as a Programmer Analyst at Western Electric in Kansas City, Missouri.  Allan moved the family in 1964 to Richardson Texas, where he worked for Texas Instruments.  In 1979, Allan joined a couple of partners and formed a company, Computers for Business Inc.  CBI was known for being the Southwest Region Distributor for TeleVideo computers.  In the early 90’s, Allan joined Banking Solutions in McKinney, Texas as a business consultant.  In October 2002, Allan founded Avellanet Financial LLC, which is a lending and consulting company today.  He enjoyed spending time with his family, his grandchildren, playing pool volleyball, and vacationing in St. Martin.3_Fla Allan Cheryl Ralph (1)

4_Zack, Dad, Sarah, Christine (1)Allan is survived by his wife Carol, brother Ralph, sister Cheryl, children: Bruce, Wayne, Glen, Mark, Michelle, grandchildren: Christine, Joshua, Nicole, Sarah, Zachariah, Aaron, step-grandchild: Shauna and other family and friends.

Allan is preceded in death by his parents, Alphonse Raphael Avellanet and Helene Beraud Avellanet.
