Obituary of
Wells, Elizabeth Ann
Elizabeth Ann Wells, having been born September 4, 1949 in Seneca, Kansas, entered into eternal restoration October 8, 2015. Elizabeth cherished and loved God her Father, her husband and children, son-in-laws and grandchildren, and her friends and family in Christ.
Left to cherish her lasting touch and memories are her husband Michael, daughters Christine and Tracy, Son in laws Rod and Tommy, grandchildren Lauren, Garrett, and Cole Stuart, Katelyn and Rebecca Cloud, and brothers Michael Henry and Richard Lee.
She arrived in final victory by entering God’s kingdom of eternal grace.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Teresa Thompson and staff at Belmeade House Residential Care Home where she lived out her final days in dignity, love, and comfort.
The family would like to encourage in lieu of flowers- living donations to Prince of Peace Stephen Ministries- of which she was an integral part of for nearly 30 years-offering prayers and support to others in times of hurt and need.
Elizabeth- though you will be greatly missed by those who survive you, you have reached the final prize- good and faithful servant.
Please send the family condolences and share memories on this website.

Mike, We will pray for your broken heart, knowing all the while that Liz is with the Lord now and one day you will see her again and be able to love her and both be in the Lord’s presence for all eternity with no more pain and no more death.

Elizabeth Wells was a lovely glowing inspirational woman with a heart of gold.
Mike, you stood by her side with such chivalry and gave everything you had to making her comfortable, comforted, and loved.
Tracy and Christine, you both have so much of her beautiful way in you. She carries on through you and to your darling children as they learn from you who they want to be.
Tommy and Rod, she often said you were the best men she could ever hope for, for her daughters and to be the fathers of her grandchildren.
Praying for your healing.

We at Belmeade House were given the privilege of getting to care for Elizabeth in the last few months of her life. They were months of struggle and pain, but “Lizzie” clung to her Jesus and never once faltered in her faith.
It was beautiful to witness how loved she was. Mike was there morning and night watching over her; Christine & Tracy with their families filled her weekends; and extended family and friends came daily to support, love, and pray with her.
All this showed us how Lizzie had lived, and how much she had sewn into the lives of others and reached out in their times of need. We saw her heart through the people she had touched and how much she was loved. She filled her box with such treasure and left behind an amazing legacy.
These are the things that measure the worth
Of every woman, regardless of birth.
Not how did she die…but how did she live?
Not what did she gain…but what did she give?
