Helm, Norma Faye (Hurley)

Norma Faye Helm (Hurley), 76, of Addison, Texas went home to be with her Lord and Savior, on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at Presbyterian Hospital Plano after a long courageous battle with cancer.

Norma was born June 7, 1939 in Rhoda, Virginia to William and Mary Elizabeth Hurley.  Norma was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.  Norma was a long time beautician.  She loved being with her family and friends.  She also cared deeply for her birds and many squirrels.  Norma brought smiles and inspiration with the many lives she came in contact.

Norma is survived by her husband, Danny Manley of Addison; son, Bradley Stephen Harris of Bonham, Texas; son, Ricky Bolling of Ocklawaha, Florida; stepson, Stepson Harold Helm, Jr. of Houston, Texas; grand children, Kayci Renee Harris of Fort Worth, Texas, Dakota Stephen Harris of Bonham, Texas; sister, Ellen Marie Stacy of Orlando, Florida; niece, Yvonne Trusty of Ocklawaha, Florida; many friends and Pastor Gene and Belinda McBride of Dallas, Texas.

She is predeceased by her parents, William Turk Hurley and Mary Elizabeth (Dickerson) Hurley; brothers, Gene Hurley, Doug Hurley, Charles Hurley, Frank Hurley; sister, Rose Hurley; step brothers, John D. Robbins and Tom Y. Hurley.

Norma was a very sweet lady. I used to visit her with her son Brad. Had some good times with her. Remember Brad, you'll see her again someday.

My mom Ellen Marie Stacy (Hurley) misses her sister and best friend. But we know Norma is with the Lord and is suffering no more

Even though we cant see Norma we can look forward to seeing each one day again in heaven.

We love you and will miss you so very much.
