I love him and will miss him. During sleepovers with Kathleen, James would always come into her room and want to be in the middle of whatever we were doing. Not in an attempt to interrupt, aggravate, or annoy. He wanted to talk, tell stories, and make us laugh. He always wanted to make people laugh. As teens, we would sometimes all go out together. He was always the one to make everyone laugh. Hysterically funny. He was a good friend, and a loving and protective brother. He will be sorely missed.

If this is the James we think it is, he was our neighbor on Normandy Dr. in Irving for several years. He was a very friendly and helpful person, and we know that he loved the TV show "Columbo." We have missed him since he moved away, and will miss him even more now.

Judy and Bill, I saw the obit in the paper. I have good memories of all the kids playing together, "baby James" among them, esp during the bridge games. Blessings to you at this loss.

James was a special friend to me and mine. I went to high school with Him and we ran around in the same group. We reconnected years later and we had good times together. James will be missed by many. I only wish He could have found the perfect sunshine while He was here. Fly high and watch over your babies from there. You are loved, Slette.
