Villarreal, Angie Valencia
Angie Villarreal, age 60, from Lewisville, Texas passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 after a long battle with cancer.
Angie was born May 3, 1956 in Abilene, Texas to Alfredo and Anita Valencia. She married the love of her life, Pedro (Pete) Villarreal on July 19, 2004.
She is survived by her husband Pedro Villarreal, two daughters Renee Miramontez (Zach) and Cindy, three step-daughters Tammy Campos (Tonio), Red Lara, Mindy Guzman (Gabe), a stepson Junior Villarreal, mother Anita Valencia and father Alfredo Valencia, three sisters Gloria Valencia, Andrea Flores, Lulu (Maria) Mantsch (Scott), three brothers Alfredo Valencia III (Edith), Ronald Valencia, and Phillip Valencia (Samantha). She also had 6 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 19 nieces and nephews and 27 great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by a brother Alfredo Valencia, Jr.
Angie graduated from Abilene High School in 1973. She lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed family gatherings, Tejano music, dancing, traveling, and was an avid reader.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Harris Hospice for the care and support they provided for the Villarreal Family. Your kindness and love will never be forgotten.
Services will be held on Saturday, February 25th from 3 – 8:30pm at North Dallas Funeral Home. Viewing will be 3 – 4:45 pm and Rosary will begin at 5 pm. North Dallas Funeral Home is located at 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, TX 75234.
