Obituary of O’Neill, John Eugene

John Eugene O’Neill, age 83, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2017 in Dallas, Texas.

He was born in Trenton, New Jersey on June 12, 1933 to Raymond John O’Neill and Mary Elizabeth Delaney.

He will be resting peacefully with his beloved wife of fifty-five years Ann Harrity O’Neill.

John is survived by his three children, Timothy John O’Neill, John Patrick O’Neill and Ellen Cecelia O’Neill, and his three grandchildren, Connor Timothy O’Neill, Grace Kelly O’Neill and Aidan John Landig.

John was an active member of the St. Rita Catholic Community from the time of his family’s arrival to Dallas in 1975.  He was also an avid member of the Dallas Irish American Society.  Both communities provided him joy and lifelong relationships which he cherished greatly.

A funeral service will be held Friday March 10, 2017 at 1pm at St. Rita Catholic Church, 12521 Inwood Rd., Dallas, TX  75244.
