Obituary of Domingo Thomas, Benjamina Uao

Benjamina Uao Domingo Thomas was born in Minuri, Jones, Isabela on January 30, 1933. She passed on from  this life on March 15th, 2017 at a fruitful age of 84 years. Benjamina is the 5th child of the seven children of Rufo Uao and Sebastiana Sagayduro. She grew up in the mountains of Sierra Madre and loved to farm  the land. She was a seamtress, a small-business owner, a great homemaker plus a tireless multi-tasker. When she came to America in 1984, she was not afraid to accept challenges. She pursued, explored and equipped herself to further deepen her independence. Her endeavor were always for the good of her children and grandchildren, to help others and to grow deeper in her walk with our Lord, her Savior and Maker. She truly exhibits the character of a virtuous woman. She is survived by her children: Corazon Domingo-Valente and spouse Victorino; Carmelita Domingo Dolores and spouse Winifredo; Virginia Domingo Garcia; Avelino Domingo and spouse Alma Joy; Teresita Domingo Gallardo and spouse Richard; Gloria Domingo Pastor and spouse Leonido; Esperanza Domingo Macias and spouse Jose. Benjamina had 37 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded by: Husbands Angel Domingo and William Thomas; daughter: Julita Domingo Felipe; grandchildren: Antonio, Divina, Maryjane,Jessica and Christopher. Siblings: Hinaro Uao, Salustiano Uao, Quilino Uao and Liwliwa Uao Bautista. According to Psalms 17:15, the Psalmist say: As for me, "I will see your face in righteousness, I shall be satisfied when I awake in Your likeness". Benjamina is now satisfied in the presence of the Lord, now dancing in the courts of our Heavenly Father. A Memorial Service will be at 3:00 pm on March 19, 2017 North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234. Interment will be in Santiago City Philippines on April 1, 2017.
