  1. Ralph Turner says:

Jim and I were best friends all through school in Skaneateles, NY. And by all through, I mean we started in the same class in kindergarten and graduated together in 1965. Jim and I spent many hours at each other houses but especially through our teens when we hunted together on my family farm. We managed to frighten many more rabbits, grouse, and squirrels than we bagged but we never lost faith. We had each other’s backs during the typically turbulent teen years. We stayed in touch after high school though less frequently as the years wore on. Jim and I helped each other “grow up” and I’m forever in his debt for his friendship and loyalty. May he rest in peace and rise in glory.

Jim was a childhood of our family. He and my brother used to go rabbit hunting on our farm. Such a great guy
