When I first worked in Customer Service I did not handle the Texas area so I did not work with Bob. When the company made the change that we all work on all states, I was at first intimidated by Bob. But what I came to know what was a great, nice person he was, just a teddy bear. He made me laugh. I hope the family will feel blessed by wonderful memories
