    Dear Bonnie and Family;

    I wish I could be there, but I am helping take care of my new great granddaughter. I have known Jerry for many years through our association in the cementing of oil wells and API meetings. As many others are saying, he was a great source of information and taught many about cementing and oil wells. He had a great memory about his experiences and his line of work. Enjoyed visiting with him during visits with us at Halliburton and the one visit I made to the Mobil lab. He was the go-to person at API meetings on meeting protocol and anything to do with cementing a well. I am honored to have known him and have him as a friend/mentor.
