Uncle Phil was a kind gentle man. He loved with his entire being. We always had Christmas and Thanksgiving at his place. I’ll never forget the strong presence of the Holy Spirit in his house/home. I love you Uncle Phil and I am grateful for you. I remember at Grandaddies funeral my son asked if you were Dr. Phil and your laugh was so contagious. Now you are in the loving arms of Jesus. It’s so comforting to know that. Please tell Grandmommy and Grandaddy hello for us and we will see you in God’s timing. ā¤

When was a little boy I called this man my Unkin Phil. I had not been to Dallas for a few years until weekend before last and God laid it on my heart to make it a point to visit with my Unkin Phil. That visit happened and goes along with all of the other precious memories of the greatest uncle a guy could ask for. I Love You Unkin Phil and look forward to our next visit together in Glory. Amen!!!
