Izael Contreras Mendoza of Carrollton, Texas passed away on Monday, October 5, 2020 at the age of 17.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 8, 2020 from 12:00 pm till 5:00 pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
Services will be on Friday, October 9, 2020 beginning at 10:00 am also at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 1:00 pm, 10977 Harry Hines Blvd, Dallas, TX 75220.
