Marcella was a jewel. My years spent working with her were some of the best of my memories. She and Thomas were quite the pair. The stories were endless – I still laugh at some of them to this day. I had the privilege of being a guest in their home and was always made to feel like family. She loved her family – and her grandkids were the light of her life. Cherish your memories – she was a wonderful lady.

I worked with Marcella at IBM in the late 1980’s. To say that she was the entertainment in the office is an understatement. She was indeed called ‘mother’ as she took care of everyone and everything. Whitney was a little girl and was spoken about often. She adored Thomas! I’m glad Marcella had many great years after ibm. I last saw her at a 1988 wedding of R Freeman

I’m so lucky to have known Marcella, first from working with her and later getting to know her personally. What a sense of humor. She never failed to make me laugh with her hilarious “stories”. What a special “one of a kind” lady she was. I will miss our talks. My deepest sympathy to Ted, Tom. and the rest of the family.

Oh, what a wacky, wonderful sense of humor she had. There was no telling what would come out of her mouth, but you could bet that it would be original and hysterical. She was so much fun to be around. My most sincere condolences to the family. Hopefully the hole in your heart will fill with memories of a very special, one-of-a-kind lady.
