I don’t think there is ever a time when a child is ready to lose their father. While we were all aware of the inevitable, it still feels unreal that he is gone. I thank God for allowing the time I had with him on this earth. He taught me priceless wisdom, courage, and how to change my own oil. I gained my love of history, action movies, and classic rock and roll from him. I see his face each time I look in the mirror.
Thank you for everything you gave and taught, dad. Thank you for loving Chloe. I love you with all of my heart. Words really can’t describe how much you are already missed. Until we meet again.

My baby brother, there is a void in our earthly world without your voice. It’s quiet and unsettling, but your suffering is over. I’m so grateful to have been your big sister. You will be in my heart forever, Randy. I love you.
