I spent 16 hours in a car with Denise just a few weeks before she passed. It was a wonderful road trip! We spent the entire time talking, catching up on over 35 years of history for both of us. I know it was definitely God’s timing for that trip to happen, and I will absolutely cherish that time I spent with her. Beautiful person, now a beautiful angel !

Denise will always hold a special place in my heart. I will never forget all the times I would go and spend time making crafts together. Your Mom was always smiling and full of joy and I loved coming to see y’all. You BLESSED my life and I will forever be grateful. Denise, you will be missed but I have no doubt that you and your Mom and laughing and cutting up together. I love you all with all my heart and will be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Your cousin, Lynda

I have a beautiful book set that Denise gave me to celebrate my first born daughter. I'll cherish it even more now and remember her every time I read it. She was such a wonderful human and brought such warmth and laughter to all that she knew. She will definitely be missed.
