It's sad to lose a brother. Many wonderful years of growing up in Texarkana, AR. Many wonderful years of playing sports in the back yard. Will miss you brother. Safe journey brother, will see you again I'm sure.

Well, Charlie, you graduated ahead of most of us, and with honors. It's the devoted friends who loved you that are your earthly memorial. Hope you have a North Heights group organized when the rest of us show up.
Nunc dimittis servum tuum, Domine, secundum verbum tuum in pace:Quia viderunt oculi mei salutare tuumQuod parasti ante faciem omnium populorum:Lumen ad revelationem gentium, et gloriam plebis tuae Israel.

Charles was always one to smile and never complain. I knew him from first grade through twelfth, and I one of those "North Heights Kids" too. There we're few of us at North Heights but we had lots fun; riding horses and playing at the creek. Charles was probably more serious than David, Sharon, Betty, Nancy, lots more, and me. As an adult, we all scattered from the old neighbourhood, but I feel he was a good family man. Nice young guys were all we had at Arkansas High and he was one of the nicest. I am sad to hear he died. My thought & prayers are with you who love him and whom he loved. Lindy & Mike Henry, Waxahachie, TX

Charles was a friend and classmate at Arkansas High School in Texarkana (class of 67'). He was a very kind, sweet person whom I'm certain will be missed terribly. May God hold the family close and comfort them as they grieve. May you also find solace in your memories of your loved one.
