Moore, Mary Frances
Mary Frances Moore, 77 of Carrollton Texas passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014. She was born on July 16, 1936 in Laredo, Texas to Clyde and Cynthia Wharton. Barbara Ann Stewart and the late Clyde Wharton Jr. were her siblings.
She graduated from the Texas State College for Women in 1957 with her Degree in Education. She taught middle school History for the next 10 years. On November 18, 1967 she married Duane D. Moore in San Antonio Texas.
She is survived by her husband, Duane; her sister Barbara and brother-in-law James Stewart; her sons, Duane Moore II, Dennis and wife Becky Moore; her grandchildren Derek and wife Karen Moore, Devra and husband Jeff Allen, Duane Moore III and Ryan Moore; her great grandchildren, Jennifer Karl, Derek Moore II, Amber Casey and Ian Moore and her great-great grandchildren Aubrianna Cruz, Taylin Karl, Wyatt Karl, Kaila Schwartz, and Noah Casey; nieces Cindy and husband Sims White, nephew, Andrew and wife Laura Stewart, niece Ginger and husband Bryan Zara, niece Monica and husband Wyatt Cox, nephew Jeff and wife Tina Wharton, niece Christi and husband Brian CdeBaca, and niece Beth and husband Todd Stewart. Great nieces Emily White, and Ava Stewart and great nephews James White, Jake Zara and Ian Zara.
Services will be held on Saturday; April 19, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the North Dallas Funeral Home located at 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
