“I highly recommend this funeral home and crematorium; when I had to make and pay for my brother’s arrangements across state lines, Evelyn Montonya, in particular, demonstrated both compassion and professionalism and made a very sad and difficult situation much easier. Many thanks.”

Obituary of
Pogar, Pauline Lemak
Pauline Lemak Pogar, 93, of Farmers Branch, TX, beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 27, 2014. Pauline retired in 1973 after serving as a secretary in the Navy for nearly 24 years. She lived her life to the fullest, always putting family first. She was spontaneous, loving to everyone, and could see humor in the worst of situations. Over the last five years, she suffered the debilitating effects of dementia, COPD, and heart disease, and could still laugh about her circumstances. Pauline was a wonderful, loving, and deeply religious woman who will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Pauline was predeceased by her husband of nearly 51 years, Frank, in November 2002. She is survived by her daughter Catherine of Farmers Branch, son Michael of Los Angeles, sister Helen Lemak of Dallas, granddaughter Maresa Pogar of Farmers Branch, and numerous nieces and nephews all around the United States. Per her wishes, no memorial service will be held. Pauline will be interred with her husband at the DFW National Cemetery in Dallas. In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting contributions for their living expenses. More information is available and donations may be made at www.YouCaring.com/CJsMom. Please send family condolences and sign the guestbook on this website.
