I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pat's passing. She adopted two kittens from Woodville Animal Shelter and I assisted in getting them to her. When her health began to fail, we took her two cats into our rescue. She and I spoke via the phone and email regarding Harvey and Layla. Pat said when she got situated she was going to be a volunteer for us. She is truly going to be missed. I am blessed to have known her. I extend my sympathies to the family.
