āI highly recommend this funeral home and crematorium; when I had to make and pay for my brotherās arrangements across state lines, Evelyn Montonya, in particular, demonstrated both compassion and professionalism and made a very sad and difficult situation much easier. Many thanks.ā

Obituary of
Beutelman, Mary W.
Born February 12, 1919 in Dallas, departed this life June 26, 2008 at the age of 89. Mary graduated from Dallas public schools. Mary spent her early years successfully raising two sons, Henry C. Beutelman III, and Paul Beutelman, both of Austin. Her husband of 59 years, Henry C. Beutelman Jr., passed away in 2002. In later years, Mary found her creative voice, becoming a distinguished oil painter and art teacher who won numerous awards at exhibitions, galleries, and public showings. She vividly recorded the beauty of American landscapes and rural life. She championed the rights of the downtrodden, poor, and oppressed, a devotion unforgett-ably etched into her paintings and witnessed by her many friendships. Constantly experimenting, Mary also explored various religions and philosophies, with her body of work reflecting the majesty and mystery of life itself. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 1302 W. Kiest Blvd., at 12PM Friday, with Burial to follow at 3PM at Dallas/Fort Worth National Cemetery.
