Randall W. Brewster, age 71 of Farmers Branch passed away on October 27, 2011 in Carrollton, Texas.
Randall was born March 13, 1940 in Blanket, Texas to the late JW and Fannie Brewster. He graduated from San Angelo High School. He served in the United States Navy and attained the rank of Chief Petty Officer. On July 7, 1957 he was united in marriage with Gloria Dean Bishop.
He is survived by his spouse, Gloria Brewster of Farmers Branch; daughter, Sandra Meza and her husband Carlos of The Colony; son, David Brewster and his wife Denise of Carrollton; daughter, Toni Brewster and her husband Angel of Addison; six granddaughters, Tiffany, Anna, Amanda, Shelley, Helena and Kara; and two great granddaughters, Yelena and Layla.
He retired from BancTec as a computer hardware engineer. He enjoyed golfing, bowling, and skiing. He was a life-long fan of the Dallas Cowboys and was fond of spending Sundays watching football with family.
A viewing will be held on October 30th from 4:00pm to 7:00pm in the Brooks Family Chapel of the North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234.
Funeral services for Randall will be held on Monday, October 31st, 2011 at 11:30am in the Brooks Family Chapel of North Dallas Funeral Home, 2710 Valley View Lane, Farmers Branch, Texas 75234. Immediately following the funeral, Randall will be laid to rest at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas 75211.

I'm sorry to hear of Randy's passing. Randy was a pleasure to work with - he always had a ready smile and made time to help no matter how busy he was. I know he was very proud of his family, and I enjoyed hearing stories of his grand-daughters.
He will be missed.

Sincere condolences to the whole family. I worked with Randy at BancTec for many years, and he beat my bowling team in the BancTec league on a regular basis. He was a respected colleague and an all-round great guy. He will be missed. God bless.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Mr. Brewster was my baseball coach with David in F.B.Little League. I'm sorry that I was unable to attend but today was my sons last game and I'm the head coach. I learned alot from him during our baseball years. Sorry for your loss.

My heart goes out to all of you. I've known this wonderful family for such a long time and have always held each and everyone of you close to my heart. I may have lost contact with you, but you've always been in my heart. Randy was such a beautiful soul and I am honored to have been associated with him. My dearest family, Please know we love you all very much. Uncle Randall will be missed so much. He was an awesome person and a pleasure to be around. Dallas Cowbowys lost a SUPER fan!!! He always had 2 TV's on at the same time. He was a wonderful role model to all of us. He always made you feel special. Our hearts go out to you all.
