“I highly recommend this funeral home and crematorium; when I had to make and pay for my brother’s arrangements across state lines, Evelyn Montonya, in particular, demonstrated both compassion and professionalism and made a very sad and difficult situation much easier. Many thanks.”

Obituary of
Finkelstein, Paul J.
Our loving and beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather left us on November 20, 2012. He was a wonderful parent and devoted husband to his wife, Helena, who preceded him in death after 65 years of marriage. Family was everything to him. Paul graduated from Forest Avenue High School and the University of Texas, where he was a member of Phi Sigma Delta fraternity. He served in World War II in China- Burma-India. Upon returning in 1945, he worked at our family busi- ness, National Shoes, until its clos- ing in 2002, when he was in his eighties. He sold shoes to several generations of Dallasites, and he knew all his customers
