I am so sorry I am unable to make the funeral. It was a blessing that I got to meet and know Fuzzy while working with the Department after all those years of my mom talking about him. I also got to meet my Grandfather, his dad, for the first time.

Jan: Oh what a gentle giant teddy bear was “Fuzzy”. From moment I meet you both as a VOE high school student (70/71) working in Burglary and Auto Theft and then getting on DPD in 1985, working many PT jobs with Fuzzy. He never changed had a witty sense of humor, always had an ear to listen & gave good advice. He will be missed by many, but know he is the gentle giant in heaven making them laugh. Blessings and prayers for you and your family.

I graduated with Marshall from Sunset Hi in January 1956.
I ran into Marshall at Ft. Eustas while I was on active duty in Spring of 1961. He and his wife had me out to their house for dinner a few times, and it was a welcome break from the life of a single officer so far from home.
My good wishes go out to Marshal’s family at this time.
