You and I have had such a powerful and incredible journey together. And that journey isn’t over yet!
Next step, my brother and I will honor your wishes by carrying half your remains to be committed to your first true love and our birth Mother’s grave, Betty Jane’s, and then the rest of your ashes will be committed to the grave site of your second wife, our stepmother, June’s grave. We promised to carry this out for you and we will.
Even then our journey together, Dad, won’t be over, because you are so deeply and so powerfully embedded in my heart that our journey will go on together for as long as my heart continues to beat.
