    Chip was my neighbor growing up in Dallas. We hung out a lot. I might have seen you at the house as kids. I’m sorry to hear he is not with us anymore. I remember Charles Sr. and Kim…they were always very nice to me. Chip and I had lots of adventures around that house…minibikes, guns, and fireworks. Good times.

    Chip was my neighbor growing up in Dallas. We hung out a lot. I might have seen you at the house as kids. I'm sorry to hear he is not with us anymore. I remember Charles Sr. and Kim...they were always very nice to me. Chip and I had lots of adventures around that house...minibikes, guns, and fireworks. Good times.
