Obituary of Uhl, Sue K.

Sue King Uhl, age 72 of Dallas, Texas passed away on Sunday, August 31, 2008. She was born June 18, 1936 to Lawrence J. Carson and Vern King Carson of Harriman, TN. Sue is survived by her three sons and their wives: Reid and Mary Hill of Dallas, TX, Brad and Ingrid Hill of Atlanta, GA, and Jay and Robin Hill of Long Beach, CA and also by her dear friend William A. "Bill" Motley of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her mother and father. Her passion was caring for her family, her pets, and all those she loved. She was active in the Presbyterian Church while living in Greenville, TX, Potomac, MD, Rye, NY, Amelia Island, FL, and Dallas, TX. Sue also cared for children throughout her lifetime and loved them as her own. Her neighbors and friends were a big part of her life and will miss her sense of humor and support. A memorial service celebrating Sue's life will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday September 13, 2008 at the Preston Hollow Presbyterian Church in Dallas, TX.
