My little girl took up the fiddle recently. It made me remember watching uncle Wallace play when I was a little girl and being so in awe of him. I still have my fiddle that he gave his approval for and said it was a ‘good sounding fiddle’ so I should keep it. I wish my children could have seen him play. He hung the moon in my book and will be deeply missed.
