Laura L. Wilson, 51, of Van Alstyne, Texas, died Thursday, September 22, 2011, at her home surrounded by her family.

Memorial Service: 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church, 1015 S.H. 121, Allen, TX 75013.

She was born February 22, 1960.

I lived down the street from Laura and her family in the '70s. She was a talented, funny, kind, and gentle person. I will always remember her fondly and miss her. I didn't find out about her passing until just recently. God Speed Laura, and deepest condolensces to your family.
