Roy Yanez of Rowlett, Texas, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2012. He was 83 years old.
Graveside Service: 11 a.m., Monday, July 9, 2012, in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park, Colleyville, Texas.
Roy was born September 30, 1928, in Britton, Texas. He was an avid golfer and salesman. He was a Christian man who said his prayers nightly.
Roy was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen; parents, Jesus and Carmen Yanez; and brother, Robert and Raul.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Mary Yanez; grandson, Roy Steven of Austin, Texas; three step-children, Karen, Johnny and Linda; sister, Eva Basinger and husband, Jerel; and extended family and friends.
